Where Private Client differs from our regular agency service is in the degree of attention and amount of resource each property receives. These are tailored, expansive, integrated campaigns, led by a senior consultant and backed by the full weight of our in-house marketing team.

Personal property consultant
Our property consultants are senior staff whose experience, expertise and intimate knowledge of their local markets make them the perfect choice for this role. Every Private Client has their own named property consultant working with them throughout, and they are the client‘s single point of contact for everything during the process. Consultants work to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure that communications and undertakings are carried out to a consistently high standard.

Specialist photography and digital package
You never get a second chance to make a first impression, and that’s why we invest time at the outset in maximising the aesthetic and lifestyle appeal of your property. Our Private Client photographer uses their art, fashion and interiors background to put together a stunning portfolio of promotional shots, to create a stylish video and design an interactive floor plan to enhance that ‘first impression’.

Designer marketing brochure
This is not just your regular set of sales particulars, this is a beautifully conceived marketing brochure that sets out to capture not just the specification of the property but its style and spirit. We want people to buy into a lifestyle as much as a layout and a location so each brochure is totally customised to the individual property – from the design to the bespoke photography, with professionally written descriptions and the highest quality production.

Structured marketing campaign
Each Private Client property gets its own integrated marketing campaign, drawn up at the outset by our in-house marketing team and executed by them with regular reporting to your personal property consultant. We use every tool at our disposal – online and offline – to generate interest, drive viewings and secure that sale including all or a blend of the following:

  • Press releases written by a specialist property PR agency
  • Dedicated Google, email, SMS, Twitter and Facebook campaigns

Comprehensive reporting
One of the key SLA requirements is weekly reporting. Your personal property consultant will discuss campaign progress and marketing deliverables, outline all feedback from viewings, provide analysis of local market activity, and discuss and agree any new actions to be taken with your property instruction. It is always the client's choice as to how this reporting is carried out, either via email, telephone or face-to-face, and the relationship with your property consultant can be as hands-on or as hands-off as you like. It’s a service that’s designed around your needs so whether you’d prefer lots of regular real-time contact or just ad hoc updates when there is pertinent information to relay, our consultants will respond accordingly.
