He understood the stress and did his upmost to reduce the pressure on us. James was available to speak to for both advice and guidance, and really kept the transaction moving along. They managed to get double the number of viewings than the other agent and the whole team was courteous, considerate and professional in making the necessary arrangements for the viewings.
