Tufnell Park, Dartmouth Park, Gospel Oak

Parliament Hill Fields NW3

Tufnell Park is one of London’s hidden gems. Many of the large Victorian houses found on the wide tree-lined streets of this peaceful residential area have been converted into spacious apartments, appealing to young professionals looking for a home close to the city. The green expanses of Hampstead Heath and Parliament Hill are within easy reach, making it a popular area for families.

Tufnell Park’s close proximity to the thriving Holloway Road provides a plethora of shops and amenities.

Kentish Town Thameslink and Underground stations both offer easy access to the West End and the City.

Named after William Tufnell, who inherited a manor in the 18th century, the area includes a recreation ground and a small park on the far side of Tufnell Park Road.

Nestled between Highgate and Tufnell Park, Dartmouth Park is a perennial favourite for families and young professionals.

The area gets its name from the Victorian reservoir tank that sits in the middle of the residential area, which offers stunning and unobstructed views of the City. Next to the reservoir sits a quaint park, children’s play area and basketball court.

The impressive Highgate Cemetery and the independent eateries on Swaines Lane entice Londoners from across the capital.

Large houses and spacious apartments attract a variety of people looking to buy and rent. Archway and Tufnell Park Underground Stations are within walking distance, offering access to the Northern Line. There are plenty of bus routes running in the area.

Sitting within the London Borough of Camden, Gospel Oak offers a variety of property.

Located close to the bustling area of Hampstead, with its thriving café culture, independent shops and the impressive Hampstead Heath, has made it a highly sought-after location. Gospel Oak offers good local schools, plenty of outdoor space and more affordable housing.
