Everyone searches on Google these days and on Google we have fantastic search engine ranking.
We are also using pay per click advertising (PPC).
PPC is an advertising technique used on websites, especially search engines. Pay per click advertisements are usually text ads placed near search results; when a site visitor clicks on our advertisement, we are charged a small amount.
We pay for placement.
In fact, look up anything to do with property or apartments in your area and we appear high up on the page. For “estate agents in Crouch End”, just as an example, we are consistently on page number one!
Obviously, we know with the way the internet is, that this may well change occasionally – but we go out of our way to monitor this constantly and to address it at all times.

We work very hard to give your property every opportunity to be seen.

Some of these sites are actually Directories.
This means suitable applicants contact us looking for spaces and locations in which we specialise - and we are then in the position to direct them to your property!
