Parks and Green Open Spaces

Crouch End has plenty of green open spaces. A large open area behind Park Road has playing fields, tennis courts and a swimming pool. To the north you find Alexandra Park, nearly 200 acres of steeply-sloping, beautiful parkland, where there are sports facilities, a nature reserve and attractions for children, but best of all perhaps, glorious panoramic views over London.

An unusual attraction in the area is the recently completed Parkland Walk, a charming rural track over three miles long, created along the line of a disused railway, which offers an abundance of plant and animal life including deer, foxes, bats and butterflies.
