Greene & Co are one of London’s most successful Estate Agents.
We have over 29 years experience in the sales and lettings, searching, acquiring and the sale of commercial and residential investments, financial services and property management across North West London. Phew!
Each of Greene & Co.’s five branches has a different area of focus and style of approach. The longest established Greene & Co. branches in West Hampstead and Maida Vale, and its newest branch in Crouch End, represent a range of mid market properties across the area for first and second time buyers and family homes.
We endeavour to make our shop environments cool, but informal and customer friendly, with all property details on display to encourage browsing. There are facilities for customers to sit down for coffee and sweets while searching through the in-shop computers.
The Greene Corporation also includes the innovative Urban Spaces and Home.
Urban Spaces in Clerkenwell are known as experts in the buying and selling of lofts, live/work and unusual contemporary design spaces throughout the UK.
Home, which was a unique part of the Greene Corporation established as a Belsize Park concept store in 2000, has now been transformed into Greene and Co as part of our ever growing family!
PROPERTY PEOPLE.
We are recognised as BBC TWO’s ‘Property People’.
This was a six part “fly on the wall” documentary, which followed some of our company’s estate agents for six months, going about their daily business. It allowed the public to look at life behind the scenes at four of our busy offices and helped us to hold a mirror up to ourselves, to see in which areas we could improve.
This was an important element of the programme, because as an organisation, we are always looking to find new ways to improve.
OUR ETHOS.
Our company ethos is different to most Estate Agents.
For example, the most important part of “Property People”, for us, was not being on the television!
It was that it gave us an opportunity to show that within the highly competitive and sometimes dishonest world of Estate Agency, there are genuine and honest professionals, working in an open company culture, where customer service is always put first.
We focus not only on trying to provide the best customer service that we possibly can, but also on trying to ensure all staff enjoy their time with Greene&Co. We want them to be excited by their work and proud to be part of an organisation that cares.
Our awards for Best Customer Services 2007-2008 and Sunday Times ‘100 Best Small Companies to Work For’ in 2007 and 2008 have recognised this.
One of our other accolades, of which we are extremely proud, was to have been named by CoolBrands as the first – and only- estate agent ever to have been one of the U.K.’s coolest brands. This was not only for our originality, but also our integrity and honesty.
This philosophy underpins our organisation.
Being awarded for our efforts is fantastic. We have spent a long time trying to get it right.
But we are not prepared to sit on our laurels
We continue to move forward.

We are proud of the reputation our company has attained and believe that being an active member of the local community is an integral part of the business and its growth. We are also active supporters of Help a London Child.
Our goal from here on is to embark on the process of evolving into a truly environmentally friendly workplace, respecting green issues and endeavouring to change our practices to reflect the increasing importance of this, where we are able. We are already recycling, starting to use energy efficient strategies and intend to be an “early adopter” of green attitudes.
And, of course, to continue in our efforts to give you the service that you deserve.
