Although we did not manage to find a property through Greene and Co. the service that we received from Alexandra was incentive enough for me to write this review.Her professionalism, attention to detail, knowledge and preparedness to go the extra mile (and a half) is not to be underestimated. In addition to this her friendly demeanour and ability to put customers at ease is second to none.I cannot speak for the agency as a whole but if you are looking to rent a property in the West Hampstead area I could not recommend her more highly.Thanks Alexandra our only disappointment is that we did not find a place through you.Dan and Jo

Overall Opinion 4 out of 5 stars. I have been really pleased with the service provided by James Lee in helping us find a flat in West Hampstead. I have always found James responsive, helpful in trying to find flats that might suit our criteria and also in resolving outstanding points on the transaction and post transaction. Above all, I think James has a very good manner. He is affable, genuine and therefore a nice person to deal with, which is not always the case and I have met a lot of agents in the last couple of years. He is the sort of person I would want to sell my house

This review gives 5 stars to Scott Finn. During the process of marketing my property I often felt pressured by other members of the team to accept 'fire sale' offers during what is acknowledged to be a difficult period for the housing market in London. Scott listened to my requirements for a sale and politely accepted my reasoning behind my reasonings not to take what I considered to be unsuitable offers. He stayed true to his words and delivered the offer I found acceptable. Thank you Scott.
