We disapprove of the ‘on the job’ sink or swim approach to training. We know that by training our staff properly we give them the confidence to become property experts. And we appreciate the direct correlation between property knowledge and a successful estate agency business. All our negotiators are paid to sit for their NAEA qualification upon joining the company. The qualification with the National Association of Estate Agents is a nationally recognised proven standard of competence in the estate agency industry.
We look after our team because we know it encourages them to look after our clients. We offer tailored 1:1 training with our in-house Training Manager; scheduled time with a Life Coach for both professional and personal development; a medical cash plan offering cashback on a wide range of well-being, health and medical treatments and everyone gets a day off on their birthday.
